Welcome to the Reiss Returns Portal

Not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size or colour? You can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 28 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund. This does not affect your rights to return faulty items.

Our returns solution is easy to use and free.

Just use the returns note inside your parcel and follow the steps below;

1. Please log onto the Reiss Returns Portal via https://reiss.returnsunlimited.com/en-sa

2. Follow the stages in the portal to create your return label. You will need your Returns Reference from the dispatch note to complete this.

3. You will receive a confirmation email with your returns label which you will need to print off.

4. Attach the returns label that you have printed off via the portal to the outside of the parcel, making sure that the original label is not visible any more.

5. On your returns note select the reason code for the item/s you are returning.

6. Tear off the completed returns note and place inside the parcel with the item/s you are returning (this is really important as we can not action a credit/refund without it).

7. You will need to choose between dropping your parcel off or requesting a collection with the local Aramex office.

8. Your return reference number (on the right) is your proof of postage. Please make a note of this and keep it safe until you receive confirmation you have been credited.

9. You will receive a refund within 28 days to the payment method that you used to place your order.
